New security protocols require ConnectHR accounts that have been inactive for more than 60 days to be disabled. If you are unable to log in and you believe your ConnectHR account has been disabled, go to HR Employee Care Center ECC Portal - Employee Care Center (ECC) Portal (servicenowservices.com); Select HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics. Select Access Issues and fill out the form that is shown on your screen. Under System, select ConnectHR, describe the issue you are experiencing in the description box, and select submit.
